I was skeptical about it for vestibular migraine, but when I started having pain with my attacks, I had to give it a try. The almost immediate relief was amazing – it felt like a massage for my brain. Paired with breathing exercises, I slept better and wake up symptom-free the next day. Because my iron infusions sometimes trigger an attack for me, I started using it right after to calm any symptoms.
